Since January I've been shortlisting flats for my growing family, and honestly, Mahira Homes 88B keeps coming up. Everyone glorifies its price point, but is it *actually* good to live in daily? My wife's priority is a safe neighborhood with good schools for the kids, and I'm not sure if Sector 88B delivers. The carpet area for a 3BHK feels tight, almost like a glorified 2BHK. What's the actual layout efficiency there? Is it just good on paper for investors, or can a family genuinely make a home without feeling cramped? Okay, I'll say what no one else does: many affordable housing projects cut corners on actual living space and neighborhood integration. Change my mind.

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! Mahira Homes 88B ka price point sunke toh aankhein chamak jaati hain, but jab floor plans dekhe toh laga ki ek 3BHK mein itna kam space? My family is also growing and I'm super budget-conscious, but compromising on living space seems like a bad long-term decision. Kya sirf price tag dekhke book kar lena chahiye?
