Feldspar El Dorado: Is actual liveability different from brochures?

Okay, I'll say what no one says: Feldspar at Brigade El Dorado is just 'okay' for daily living, not the dream they sell. Moved in two months back, and the amenities are mostly hype, yaar. The swimming pool accha hai, but the clubhouse always seems empty. Gym bhi okay-ish hai. Actual useful amenities kam hain, baaki sab show-off lagta hai. Community vibe toh bilkul nahi hai; people mostly keep to themselves. It's not the friendly society I imagined, more like individual flats. Maintenance charges are also quite high for what we actually use. Is the actual liveability different from the brochures, or am I missing something? Change my mind.
