Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices, but now I'm seriously considering Ferns Gardenia. Builder ne toh sab kuch dikhaya hai, but actual amenities ka kya scene hai? Like, clubhouse kitna use hota hai? Ya bas showpiece hai, honestly not sure. Aur construction quality ka kya? After a year, walls mein cracks ya fittings ka issue aata hai kya? Maintenance charges bhi kafi high lagte hain, service worth it hai kya? Thoda nervous hoon, first-time buyer. Any real experiences, please share.

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! ₹2.5 Cr minimum for a first home is crazy, even for Bengaluru. Ferns Gardenia looks good on paper but maintenance charges sunke hi darr lagta hai. Is it really worth it?
@U1 Sahi keh rahe ho. But if you look at the amenities and the sheer number of units (222), maintenance costs will naturally be higher. They have a huge pool, gym, multiple sports facilities, plus security. My cousin lives there, he says it'
