After years of selling, Ferns Gardenia's amenities seem overhyped. I see through builder marketing. Are they actually useful daily? What's the real livability, not brochure claims?

Exactly my thoughts! I visited Ferns Gardenia last month and the club house looked good on paper, but practically, it felt too small for 222 units. Plus, that ₹2.5 Cr starting price for a 2BHK is already pushing my budget. Kya worth it hai itna spend karna for amenities jo use hi nahi ho payengi daily?

Totally agree! My agent was pushing it hard. Maintenance charges for all those 'premium' amenities must be insane. Any idea what they are charging per sq
