Final cost for my VMAKS flat was a shocker

₹1.4 crore for my 3BHK near Glass Factory Layout – that was the final number. Just moved into VMAKS project last month. Builder ne bahut surprise charges daal diye end mein, PLC aur infra charges ne budget hila diya. Negotiating barely worked. Is this normal for Bengaluru? How much can one realistically knock off? Any tips to avoid these last-minute jumps?
