I'm in real estate myself, but the way some of these hidden charges like PLC or maintenance deposits pop up right before possession is just insane. It adds like 5-10% to a 3BHK that's already costing ₹1.5 Cr. Did anyone manage to fight these extra costs, or is it just 'take it or leave it' with these guys? Honestly, it feels like a bait and switch.
