Finally bought in Noida! Some things nobody tells you...

So, I finally booked a flat after years of renting. I was choosing between Godrej and ATS. Godrej seemed fancy, but ATS had bigger flats. I went with ATS Greens Village in Sector 93. Possession was in March. One thing I wish I knew beforehand: the actual carpet area. They advertise the super area, but the real space is much less. Also, the maintenance charges are a killer, almost Rs 4 per sqft! Anyone else feel like ATS's customer support is slow after booking? Getting any issues resolved takes ages. On-time delivery was good, though. What about resale value for ATS vs Godrej in 5 years? Koi idea hai?
