Finally bought in Noida! Things nobody tells you...
Just moved into Rajesh Rg Luxury Homes in Greater Noida last month. Possession was in March, so almost timely, but still... the PLC charges! Kisi ne nahi bataya that OC comes with hidden costs. Honestly, the carpet area is less than what they advertised. Anyone else faced this? I'm hearing Jaypee Greens Kosmos is ready to move, sahi hai. But the resale value kya hai? Rajesh Rg mein, it's mostly investors, which makes me a bit worried about society vibes later. What about maintenance charges in Jaypee? Heard they're pretty high. Am I the only one jisko regret ho raha hai already?

Totally understand your pain. Jaypee Greens Kosmos ka maintenance sach mein high suna hai, that's why I'm hesitant. Resale value ka bhi tension hai, especially for first-time buyers like us.
Oh god, this is exactly my fear! PLC charges are like a black hole. I'm looking at properties near Ajayabpur and builders there also have these hidden costs. Carpet area kam milna toh common ho gaya hai. Abhi se regret ho raha hai toh bahut tough hai yaar.
