₹1.45 crore for a 3BHK in Sarjapur Road by Prestige Group — that's the quote I got. Landlord hiked rent again, I'm so fed up of renting. Finally taking the plunge, but prices feel crazy high. I'm wondering if Bengaluru is peaking. Is it still a good time to invest, or should I wait? Thinking Whitefield or Yelahanka too, considering Metro Phase 3. Will these areas appreciate more, or have they already run their course? My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr. Is it wise to buy now, or should I hold off for a bit? What's everyone's take on the market for 2026-27?
