Finally buying, but the super area math is wild

Since January I've been shortlisting flats, tired of renting. Looking at a 3BHK by Celebrity Global Homes near Malleshwaram West. The super area to carpet area difference seems huge. How much is acceptable? Does it really affect ROI later?

Totally agree with you. My friend bought a flat in Akshayanagar, same issue. Builders inflate super area by 30-40% sometimes, it's a huge hit to your per sqft cost. You end up paying for space that's barely usable.

Celebrity Global Homes? Bhai, unka track record Malleshwaram mein pehle bhi theek nahi raha hai. Super area toh sab lootne ka tareeka hai.
