The resale market in Noida Extension feels like a black box sometimes. I'm finally taking the plunge after years of renting, eyeing a 3BHK in Sector 150. But how do you *really* gauge if a property will sell easily later? Are people getting decent ROI on resale, or just breaking even? Any tips on checking actual resale liquidity before buying?
