Bhai, Sobha toh established builder hai (since 1995, HQ Bangalore), no doubt. But Manhattan Towers ka price point dekha hai? Whitefield mein toh waise bhi rates high hain, upar se Sobha ka premium. Budget mein fit ho raha hai kya?
