Finally buying in GNoida: is it too late?

For almost three years now, I've been fed up of renting in Greater Noida. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, so finally taking the plunge. My budget is ₹80L-₹1.2Cr for a 2BHK. Noida Extension aur Sector 150 dekh raha hoon. Jewar Airport ka hype already prices mein dikh raha hai, toh abhi enter karna sahi hai kya? Market peak ho gaya ya aur badhega?
