I was looking at their project near Attapur a few months back, and they were ready to budge a little on amenities or floor rise. Kothapet mein itna demand hai kya ki builder itna confident hai? Ya yeh sirf unka tactic hai to gauge serious buyers? Spot discounts are rare but not impossible, you just need to push harder or look for inventory clearance schemes.
