Sikanderpur — I'm finally taking the plunge after getting fed up of renting. My landlord just raised rent again, and the EMI vs rent math isn't adding up anymore. I'm wondering how the new road projects changed prices here? Which specific pockets along Sikanderpur saw the biggest jump? Not sure if it's still worth it now.

Good decision yaar! Renting is a black hole. Sikanderpur is a great choice for future growth. Just make sure the developer is reputed
