Ready-to-move property ki resale better hoti hai ya under-construction ki, once it's complete? Aur Helios ka price range (₹1.5 Cr – ₹3.1 Cr) thoda high lag raha hai for a 2015 project. SKA Orion ka kya range hai?
Sunshine Helios is a decent project, it's been around for a while. Possession was given way back in 2015-03-01, so no possession worries there. RERA number is UP-RERA-PRJ-10126 for transparency. Carpet area ke liye you'll have to visit both sites and check the actual layout and compare with the RERA carpet area mentioned in documents, brochure pe mat jao. Under-construction mein toh delivery date ka bharosa nahi, mere ek friend ka project Ajayabpur mein 2 saal late ho gaya.
Sahi kaha, under-construction projects mein GST aur delay dono ka risk hota hai. Ready-to-move is definitely less headache.
