My landlord just hiked rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge to buy in Noida. EMI vs rent math is clearer now. I'm looking at Sectors 137/150. As a first-time buyer, what tax benefits should I really focus on? Section 24, 80C ke alawa aur kya options hain? Any advice on maximizing home loan deductions is welcome.
