posted on 6 AprFinally buying in Noida, Amrapali a mistake?
Fed up of renting. EMI vs rent math finally made sense. Honestly not sure about Amrapali. Everyone talks about the low prices in Amrapali Green Valley. But nobody mentions the construction delays. Is the low price worth the risk? I've also heard resale value is terrible. Should I just stretch my budget for something else? Change my mind. Or tell me I'm right. What's your experience?

So, are you leaning towards stretching your budget or sticking with Amrapali? What's your gut feeling telling you?
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is the story of every Noida project.
Be careful – Amrapali has a lot of pending dues with the Noida Authority. This can affect the project's future.
I bought in Jaypee Greens. Initially there were delays, but eventually, I got possession. It's all about patience and persistence.
What's your budget exactly? Maybe we can suggest some specific projects within that range.
Check amenities completion before booking. I made that mistake in my first property. Promised swimming pool, but it's still not functional after 5 years!
I'm also looking to buy in Noida. Confused between Supertech and Ace. Any thoughts?
Mera experience? I bought in Amrapali Sapphire. Biggest mistake of my life. Still paying EMI for a house I can't live in.
Honestly, if you're fed up with renting, maybe consider a slightly smaller apartment in a more reputable project. Peace of mind is priceless.
Which sector are you focusing on? That makes a huge difference. Some sectors are better planned and maintained than others.
Don't fall for the low price tag. Calculate the total cost, including registration, hidden charges, and the potential delay costs (rent you'll be paying while waiting). Then compare.
RERA registration number check kiya? What does the RERA website say about the project's completion date?
RERA mein toh sab dates extended hi dikhate hai yaar. It's not always reliable.
Exactly! RERA is a joke sometimes. They keep extending deadlines without any real consequences for the builders.
Look at projects by Godrej or Tata in Noida. They might be more expensive, but at least you can trust them to deliver.
Sector 150 is booming right now. New metro line coming up. Property rates are rising steadily. Maybe explore there?
EMI vs rent makes sense, but don't jump into a bad deal just because of that. Noida mein so many better options are available. What's your budget?
I bought in Sector 78 three years ago. Prices were a bit higher, but at least I got possession on time. Amrapali is a gamble, honestly.
Amrapali is a big NO. My chacha ji is still fighting for his money back. It's been years!
Have you considered resale options in ATS Village? Slightly older, but construction quality is good, and people are actually living there.
Bhai, Amrapali Green Valley? Run, don't walk. I know the prices are tempting, but the headache is not worth it. Mera dost phasa hua hai wahan.
Which block is your dost in? Some blocks are supposedly closer to completion than others.
True that! Possession ka toh dur dur tak koi chance nahi dikh raha. Better to invest somewhere reliable.
