Finally buying in Noida, Amrapali vs ATS – confused!

Been renting in Delhi for ages, landlord ne phir se rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge and looking at Noida. I'm seeing so many ATS projects, like ATS Homekraft Pious Orchards. Anyone has actual experience with their on-time delivery? Heard some horror stories. Amrapali Crystal Homes bhi dekha tha, but honestly, Amrapali ka naam sunke darr lagta hai, considering their past. Construction quality is another concern. I read online about plaster cracks in some ATS projects after just a few years. Is it worth paying extra for ATS thinking it's better quality? Or are all builders the same, paisa bana rahe hain? I'm so confused. What's the resale value like for ATS vs other builders 5 years down the line? Koi idea hai?
