Finally buying in Noida, but builder reviews are scary!

₹1.5 crore budget, need at least a 3BHK in Noida. My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood for the kids. I'm looking at Jaypee Greens and Godrej properties. Everyone glorifies Godrej, but nobody talks about their hidden charges at possession. PLC and EDC costs toh alag se rulaate hain. Jaypee ka track record is questionable. On-time delivery ka toh bas naam hai. Honestly not sure which one is less of a headache. Should I risk it with Godrej's extra costs or Jaypee's possible delays? Cancellation policy bhi ek dum nightmare hoti hai. Change my mind. Or tell me another builder that's better? School admission is also a big factor. Any suggestions?
