Budget finalised, loan approved, now stuck. Heard Amrapali's a mess, but what about Supertech? My parents keep saying check the RERA records. Honestly not sure if Supertech is any better with possession. Has anyone dealt with their customer support post-booking? Is it worth the risk?

Check the builder's track record on RERA's website, specifically for delayed projects in Noida and Greater Noida. That's your best bet.
Consider the location carefully. Proximity to metro, schools, and hospitals matters a lot. Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is good, but also consider traffic.
So, what did you finally decide? Supertech or something else? Curious to know!

My personal experience: I stayed away from Supertech. Went with Godrej in Sector 150. Little more expensive, but peace of mind is worth it.
Has anyone explored ATS? I've heard relatively good things about them.
ATS is generally considered better, but their prices are premium. Worth it if you can afford it.
Don't forget to factor in the registry charges and other hidden costs! Builders love to spring those on you later.

U3, I feel your pain. Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago with another builder in Greater Noida West. Court cases are the only solution.
