posted on 12 AprFinally buying in Noida, but builder reviews are scary!
Socha tha Noida mein ghar lunga. But ab builder reviews dekh ke darr lag raha hai. Heard mixed things about on-time delivery. Is it true that some builders show one carpet area but give something totally different? Honestly not sure whom to trust. Change my mind!

Noida Extension mein rates kam hai, but infrastructure is still developing. Something to consider.
Bottom line: Due diligence is key. Don't rush into anything. Good luck!
Honestly, it's a risk everywhere. But Noida offers good value for money compared to Delhi or Gurgaon. Weigh your options carefully.
Don't just rely on online reviews. Visit the site, talk to existing residents, and get a feel for the place.
I'd suggest focusing on builders with a proven track record, even if it means paying a premium. Peace of mind is worth it.
RERA is your best friend. Use it to your advantage. File a complaint if needed.
So, what did you decide? Which builder are you leaning towards now?
Bhai, Noida mein toh sab chalta hai. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. What to do?
RERA registration number check karo. Aur builder ka past performance bhi dekho. Delayed projects ki list nikal lo.
Kya rate chal raha hai Noida mein? Any idea for 2BHK in a decent society?
Depends on the sector, but expect around 60-80 lakhs for a decent 2BHK in a good society.
Prices are rising after the Jewar airport announcement. Abhi nahi kharidoge toh aur mehenga ho jayega.
Possession mila kya kisi ko timely? Seriously asking.
I bought in Sector 75. Possession was delayed by 6 months, but overall the experience was okay. Construction quality is decent.
Which project in Sector 75? I'm also considering that area.
I'd rather not name the project publicly, but DM me if you want more details.
Check amenities completion before booking! I made that mistake. They promised a swimming pool and clubhouse, but it's still not ready after 3 years.
Haan yaar, carpet area ka chakkar bahut hota hai. Super area dikhate hai, aur actual mein milta kuch aur hi hai. Always get it verified by a surveyor before paying anything substantial.
Which sector are you targeting? Sector 150 has some good projects, but prices are quite high now.
Sector 150 is good, but connectivity is still a concern. Metro pahunchne mein time lagega.
Prices are crazy high! 7k per sqft minimum. Even in resale.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. I was so excited to buy, but the reviews scared me. Ended up renting for another year. Now I'm looking again.
Be careful with Supertech. They have a lot of delayed projects. RERA mein complaints bhi bahut hai.
Haan, Supertech is a big no-no. Stay away!
Supertech ka naam mat lo! My friend is still fighting for possession after 5 years!
Totally feeling you, bhai! Noida is a gamble. Builder reviews are a minefield. Which builder are you looking at? That's the first question.
Don't lose hope yet! There are some decent builders in Noida. Just gotta do your homework. RERA registration check kiya?
