Finally buying in Noida, but so many builders!

Honestly, I'm so confused about which builder to trust in Noida. I'm leaning towards a ready-to-move-in flat to avoid possession delays. My parents keep saying check the builder's reputation. Heard mixed things about Supertech, especially about past projects and delays. Amrapali is out of the question after all the news. I'm now considering ATS. Their projects look good, but what's the real story with maintenance charges after possession? Are they reasonable or crazy high? Also, anyone have experience with their customer support? Do they actually respond after you've bought the place? Should I also look at Godrej? Ab samajh nahi aa raha, it's a huge decision!
