Finally buying in Noida, but so many choices!
Since January I've been seriously considering buying in Noida. Supertech The Romano Phase I is completed, right? Has anyone actually lived there for a while? What's the real maintenance like, things nobody tells you upfront? I'm also looking at Jaypee Pebble Court, but it's still under construction. Is it worth the risk, or should I stick to something ready to move? Honestly not sure about the carpet area efficiency in either project. I hear builders advertise one thing, but you end up with less usable space. Kya kisi ko pata hai which offers more bang for your buck, space-wise? What about resale value down the line? Which one would be better if I decide to sell after 5 years?

RERA number is just registration, bhai. It doesn't guarantee timely delivery, just gives you a legal recourse if things go south. For Romano Phase I,
