Finally buying in Noida – scared of hidden costs!

Been saving for years, finally close to buying a flat in Noida. I'm looking at projects by Godrej and ATS. Everyone glorifies Godrej, but nobody talks about the hidden charges. I've heard ATS is better with possession timelines, but what about after-sales service? My parents keep saying, 'Beta, check the fine print!' Honestly not sure what to believe. Are there crazy PLC or EDC charges that suddenly appear at possession with Godrej? Is ATS really better with handing over control to the RWA later on? Or are they both the same? Change my mind. Tell me your experiences, good or bad!
