Okay I'll be honest — I'm completely fed up of renting. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya, so finally taking the plunge for a 2BHK in Pune. Been looking around Sai Nagar. But yaar, yeh all-in cost ka math samajh nahi aa raha. Builder quote karta hai ₹78L for a 2BHK, but then stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, maintenance deposit... it all adds up so fast. Kitna extra expect karna chahiye over the base price? S And S Enterprises ke pre-launch offers dekhe the, but not sure if early-bird discounts actually save money ya phir baad mein aur charges add ho jaate hain. Kya pre-launch pricing sach mein better deal hoti hai, ya sirf dikhawa? What was your final cost difference between quoted price and actual possession cost?
