Okay I'll say what no one says: Ansal API, Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka customer support kitna bekar hai? Fed up of renting. Builder ki easy bank approvals quality ko mask karti hain? Opinions?

Mere uncle ne toh Ansal ke Delhi project mein invest kiya tha decades ago (HQ bhi New Delhi mein hai inka, 1967 se hain). Unka experience bahut hi kharab tha. Possession mein delays, phir construction quality issues. Rajkot mein bhi same haal hai kya inka? Lagta hai inki legacy bas naam ki hai.
I'd suggest checking their current projects' RERA status thoroughly before anything else. Aur agar possible ho toh, Krishna Kunj ya Aastha Mig Zone ke existing residents se baat karo. Sales office ki baaton pe pura bharosa mat karna. That's the only way to get real ground feedback.
