₹18,000 rent for a 2BHK in Mota Mava. Landlord just hiked it again. I'm so fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Looking to buy my first home in Rajkot. I've been checking Krishna Kunj. Seems decent. My budget's around ₹60-70L for a 2BHK. Saw Balaji Group and Aastha Group projects. Any experience with builders there? Who's good, who to avoid? Not sure if quality matches the price. What about maintenance charges and RWA effectiveness in Krishna Kunj societies? I'm worried about hidden costs and inactive RWAs. Is it worth it? Any first-time buyer tips?

Bhai, Mota Mava mein ₹18k rent? Bahut zyada hai yaar, good decision to buy. Same situation meri bhi hai. Krishna Kunj ka naam suna hai, location acchi hai. But Balaji Group ka thoda track record mixed suna hai, aapne kya dekha hai unka? Koi specific project?
Sahi kaha, Balaji Group ka kaafi mixed reviews hain. Aastha Group ka bhi ek project dekha tha, location acchi thi but finishing average lagi.
