But construction quality aur possession delays se darr lagta hai. Gaursons ya ACE Group projects ka kya haal hai, especially near Yamuna Expressway? Kya unka promised handover date milta hai ya bas tareekh pe tareekh? Aur finishings mein kitna compromise hota hai?
