Noida mein real price correction zones kahan hain? Fed up of renting, I'm eyeing a 2BHK around Sector 22-D. Brokers just push high prices. Is there any actual spot discount possible ya sirf dikhawa? Total acquisition cost mein stamp duty aur other charges kitna add ho jaate hain? Koi underpriced assets mile hain kya?

Bhai, spot discount? Woh toh bas paper pe hota hai. Brokers ki toh alag hi duniya hai, they'll show you inflated prices and then 'negotiate' to market rate. Sector 22-D is good but check the actual carpet area, not just super built-up. I've been looking for months, same story everywhere.
Exactly, U1! Yeh spot discount wali baat sunke toh ab hassi aati hai. Sab marketing gimmick hai.
