Okay I'll be honest — I'm tired of throwing money away on rent. Thinking of buying in Sector 47, Noida. My parents keep saying 'ready-to-move only' after all those possession delays, but under-construction seems cheaper, right? Is Neoshape Infratech a decent builder? Honestly not sure if the early bird discounts are real or just marketing. I'm trying to decide if it's worth the risk for potentially lower EMI. Change my mind!
