Sector 59 mein kuch projects dekh raha hu. Need at least a 3BHK now, kids are growing up fast. My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood, school admission bhi toh dekhna hai. Everyone glorifies ready-to-move flats, but honestly, the prices are crazy! Under-construction looks tempting, especially Skyline Builders ke projects, but RERA horror stories sunke darr lagta hai. Is it worth the risk for a lower price? Loan EMI vs rent... the math is confusing me. Should I just bite the bullet and buy ready-to-move? Or take the plunge with under-construction and hope for the best? Change my mind.
