Completed project hai, toh capital appreciation kaisa raha hai past mein? Aur iska actual rental yield kya hai, matlab kitna rent mil sakta hai? Secondary market mein resale value ya liquidity kaisa hai? Koi exit strategy pe advice de sakta hai? Don't want to get stuck.
