Bhai, Pride Pegasus? Us builder ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. My friend had a bad experience with their previous project near Agrahara Layout, possession mein bohot delay kiya tha. Legal issues toh nahi pata, but builder ka track record mixed hai.
But this one is completed, right? Completed projects mein toh issues kam hote hain. RERA status toh sahi dikh raha hai na?
