After years of seeing rent disappear, I'm finally looking to invest and Palm Floor DLF Phase 3 has caught my eye. It's a completed project, but ₹8.93 Cr is a huge commitment. I'm trying to get a realistic picture of the rental yield; what are owners actually getting per month? Also, how liquid is the resale market for these high-value properties? Honestly not sure who the buyer pool is for a quick exit in 5-7 years. Any owners or agents have insights on the long-term capital appreciation here?
