Finally moved to Investment Hotspots, what an experience

Last month, I finally moved into my 2BHK in Investment Hotspots after a crazy search. I looked at several projects around the ₹1.2 Cr mark, comparing amenities and actual carpet area. My possession was in March. Honestly, I'm still wondering if I got the best deal for a 2BHK. What are your thoughts on other projects in this corridor for that budget?
