Finally ready to buy, but Urban Vista has me wondering...
My lease ends in 6 months and I'm really trying to finalize a place. Looking at Urban Vista in Noida Extension. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just looks good on paper? What's the neighbourhood like for schools and markets? And the community vibe – is it friendly, yaar, or more isolated? Any resident insights would be super helpful.

Yaar, Urban Vista? Be very careful. I checked their details and it says 'RERA Not Applicable'. That's a huge red flag for me, especially for a project with a 2026-02-01 possession date. Builders often delay without RERA. Plus, the price range of ₹45 L – ₹1.1 Cr seems a bit high given the RERA status and it being Noida Extension. What are they hiding?

But sometimes smaller projects don't need RERA, right? Is that always a red flag or just for larger ones?
Totally agree with you on the RERA point. My cousin almost got stuck in a project near Ajayabpur that didn't have RERA, builder ne bahut ghumaya. For a first-time buyer like us, RERA registration offers some peace of mind, warna builder ki manmani chalti hai.
Hey everyone! My lease is ending soon, so I'm seriously looking at Urban Vista in Noida Extension. It looks good online, but I'm a first-timer and super nervous. Is it actually good for daily life, like schools and markets nearby? Or just fancy brochures? What's the community like there?
