Honestly, I'm so fed up with renting in Noida, my landlord just hiked rent again. Finally taking the plunge to buy. I'm eyeing a 2BHK, budget around ₹70-80L. Have been looking at places in Noida Extension and Sector 137. My main confusion is about the FNG Expressway. Log bolte hain ki iska impact bahut bada hoga. Is it already priced in for areas near it, ya still scope hai for appreciation? Kya kisi ko pata hai ki projects along FNG, like near Sector 150, will see a big jump soon? Or is it more of a long-term thing? Should I consider locations directly impacted by FNG for future ROI, ya abhi bhi affordable options mil sakte hain? Any advice on this would be super helpful.
