₹78 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 2B, aur builder bolta hai sab top-notch hai. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne rent phir badha diya, toh finally apna ghar lene ka socha hai. But yaar, is area mein monsoon mein waterlogging kitna serious issue hai? Pichle saal ki photos dekhi thi, darr lag raha hai. Kya ye har saal ka scene hai ya drainage improve hua hai? Daily commute mein kitna time lagta hai? Delhi-Meerut Expressway ka fayda kitna milta hai asli mein ya subah-shaam wahi jam rehta hai? Also, maintenance charges kafi high lagte hain. Kya RWA effectively kaam karti hai ya bas paise lete hain? Bohot confusion hai, koi yahaan rehta hai toh real experience share karega please?
