Finally taking the plunge after years of rent hikes

My landlord increased rent for the 3rd time in two years, so I'm finally looking to buy in Gurugram. Visited Ganpati Builders in Sector 83, projects look decent near Dwarka Expressway. Base price sunke toh theek laga, but then they started adding PLC, floor rise, parking... it all adds up so fast! Is this 'all-in cost' always so much higher than the initial quote? Aur possession ke time bhi kuch hidden charges aate hain kya? Really worried about the final EMI vs what I'm calculating now.
