Finally taking the plunge after years of renting

Did a site visit to Sattva Lake Ridge on Saturday. Honestly, fed up of renting, so finally taking the plunge. But construction quality looks a bit iffy. Builder log kya promise karte hain aur actual delivery mein kitna farak hota hai? Specially for investors like me, resale value aur maintenance ka tension rehta hai. Clubhouse aur sports facilities kitni use hoti hain? Just a show-off ya real value add? Anyone who bought there, kya experience raha hai aapka?
