Bhai, trust me, timelines pe toh kabhi bharosa mat karna. Builders har baar extend karte hain. Dwarka Expressway ka toh bol bol ke thak gaye hain, jab tak ban na jaaye, kuch pakka nahi.

Absolutely, Sector 70A has potential! I've been eyeing it too. Dwarka Expressway ka completion toh game-changer hoga, but haan, infrastructure ka darr toh lagta hai. Hope it picks up pace soon.
