Finally fed up of renting, looking at buying in Ghaziabad. Alkaraj Homes by MK Developers dekh raha hoon. But construction quality pe thoda darr lag raha hai. Kya actual finish achhi hoti hai, ya cracks jaldi aa jaate hain? Aur clubhouse facilities, they actually get used? Ya bas show-off ke liye hain? Maintenance charges bhi sahi hain kya?
