Honestly, fed up of renting now. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya yaar. Finally taking the plunge for a 3BHK in South Delhi, maybe Golf Links. My budget is around ₹3Cr. Broker ke through jana sahi hai ya direct builder se deal karna? Kya broker really helps in price negotiation and finding value? Ya unki commission bas extra burden hai? Any tips for Delhi's price correction zones?

Totally get it yaar! This rent hike scene is just too much. ₹3Cr for Golf Links sounds like a dream, but South Delhi mein ab prices really high hain. Broker se deal karna is usually better for first-timers, they know the market nuances. But commission ka darr toh rehta hi hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho, ₹3Cr for Golf Links is tough. My friend just bought a 2BHK there for 4.5Cr.
