Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 153. Sublime Realtech ka ek project dekha, price ₹78L for a 3BHK. Honestly, I'm finally taking the plunge, fed up of renting. Rent vs EMI ka math abhi bhi confuse kar raha hai. Sab bol rahe hain Jewar Airport se kaafi appreciation aayegi. Is Greater Noida still a good investment for 2026-27 or has prices peaked already? Should I wait a bit more, ya abhi sahi time hai buy karne ka?

Jewar airport hype hai but actual connectivity aane mein time lagega. Peaked toh nahi keh sakte but be careful, builder ka delivery record aur construction quality matter karti hai. Sirf location ke chakkar mein mat phanso.
