I've been fed up of renting for too long, honestly. Finally taking the plunge, but confused between a 2BHK and 3BHK for investment in Gurugram. My budget is around ₹1.8-2.5 Cr. I'm looking at places near Dwarka Expressway or Sohna Road. Some 2BHKs feel like better rental yield, but 3BHKs by DLF or M3M might appreciate more. Should I prioritize current rental income or long-term capital appreciation? What's your experience, especially with current market trends?
