Possession date 2026-02-01 hai, which is still quite far. Mujhe bhi ye project pasand aaya tha but then I looked deeper. RERA not applicable because it's only 4 units, so technically they don't *need* it, but it still makes me nervous. My friend bought a floor in a similar low-density project near Airport Road last year, and the possession got delayed by almost a year. Builders often over-promise, especially with such limited inventory. Be very careful with the payment plan and construction milestones.
