Finally taking the plunge: Pushpak Society ka RERA aur investor ratio?

Visited Pushpak Society last weekend. RERA status unclear laga. Builder ka track record Chandigarh mein kaisa hai? Investor ratio high toh nahi, ghost society risk ka darr hai.

Pushpak Society? Bro, I heard the same. Their RERA status has been 'under process' for ages. And that builder, Grand Developers, has a mixed reputation in Mohali. Have you checked their other projects in Chandigarh? What's the general consensus on this builder?
