Finally upgrading – Antriksh Grand View or Anchal?
I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading. Antriksh India Grand View looks good, but it's almost double the price of Anchal Silver Oak Tower! Is the price jump worth it? Carpet area mein kitna difference hoga? Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor. Anyone has experience with Antriksh specifically? Heard mixed reviews about builder trust. Is it too risky to consider Anchal, since it's under construction?

Antriksh ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai yaar. Bade delays aur quality issues ki stories suni hain. Grand View completed hai, but builder ka track record dekhna zaroori hai. Price difference itna zyada hai Anchal se, toh kuch toh baat hogi. Is it really worth double the price?
Sahi keh rahe ho. Builder ka track record sabse pehle dekho. Mere ek relative ne Ajayabpur mein ek project liya tha, builder ne itna ghumaya
