Is GGR Floor 25 actually a good family home, or just a very expensive address? Everyone talks about the luxury, but I'm worried about the daily grind. My budget is around 2.5 Cr for a 3BHK, and my wife's priority is a safe, friendly society for our kids. Bachchon ke school admission ka bhi tension hai. Is the neighbourhood around GGR Floor 25 genuinely good for schools and daily needs, ya sirf high-end cafes hain? Honestly, I'm not sure if the amenities are actually useful for a family with young kids, or just for show. What's the real community vibe like? Is it friendly neighbours or sab apne mein rehte hain? Honestly, 2.5 Cr for a 3BHK in GGR Floor 25 seems a bit steep for a first-time buyer, especially if daily grind and family needs are your priority. The 'luxury' tag often comes with high maintenance and sometimes, less practical living spaces. I mean, do we really need a rooftop infinity pool if our kids need a decent park to play in? Think about the resale value also down the line.
